Another in a long series of collagraphs of birds. Beautifully rendered this bird is particularly near and dear since as kids my sister and I would enjoy the 30 or so pheasants in our back yard enticed by our father putting out cracked corn for them. This in a world where there was no hunting so there were no limitations on feeding the pheasants. And what gorgeous birds they are.
