As a child growing up in Panama near the canal, I had countless opportunities to watch ships being guided through the locks from one Ocean to the other. I even had the good fortune to go on a ship through part of that journey. Ships, boats and docks have always been among my treasured memories and have inspired some of my work such as “Impending Storm”.
