Is a large 38" by 44" heavily textured painting. I used colored sand over poured gesso. Before the gesso dried completely
I shook it and banged it on the table to create the look of movement and wind without brush
Strokes. The inspiration to express this theme
Came from the feeling that no one is looking at the big picture going on
In our lives. Not politics poverty, crime , racism or war
That all of that can be wiped off the map in one catastrophic event of nature. In other words we have bigger things to think about in the next few decades.
