Built in 1771 along the Rappahannock River in Stafford County, Chatham Manor served as Union Headquarters during the Civil War and later became the estate of millionaire John Lee Pratt. . This statue of Ceres, installed by Pratt, has since been replaced by the original Diana, restored by the National Park Service.
